MyMetik is operated by A-MICO, a sole proprietorship at Giacomettistrasse 20, 3006 Bern, Switzerland (UID CHE-298.481.983; commercial-register number CH-550.1.116.705-7). General enquiries may be sent to [email protected].

By creating an Owner Account, you accept this version and the corresponding Privacy Notice.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these Terms.
• MyMetik does not offer an under-16 or parental-consent account flow.
• Explicitly restricted features require a separate eligible-age decision and opt-in. Those features remain disabled unless MyMetik expressly opens them.
• Music, including Death Metal and every other genre, is not age-restricted merely because of its genre. Only actual content can create an age gate.

Owner Account and independent Identities

Your Owner Account is the private authentication and administration layer. It may manage several independent Identities. Other users interact with the selected Identity and are not shown which Identities share an Owner Account.

• Keep your Owner Account credentials private and notify support if you suspect compromise.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your Owner Account and Identities.
• Pseudonymous, creative and context-specific Identities are welcome.
• Do not use an Identity for deceptive impersonation, unlawful conduct or to evade blocks, moderation, age controls or other enforcement.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you create. When you submit content, you give MyMetik a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, storing, processing, technically adapting, displaying and distributing it as necessary to provide the features and audience you selected.

This licence ends when the content is deleted, subject to legal holds, bounded backups, safety evidence and copies that other users are independently entitled to retain. You must have the rights and permissions required for uploaded material and for people depicted or heard.

Acceptable use, safety and moderation

Do not use MyMetik for illegal activity, child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, credible threats, targeted harassment, hate, fraud, malware, credential theft, spam, unlawful sales, intellectual-property infringement, doxxing or attempts to defeat privacy, security or Identity-separation controls.

MyMetik may limit, classify, quarantine, remove or restore content and may limit or suspend an Identity or Owner Account where reasonably necessary for safety, rights, legal compliance or service integrity. Available moderation decisions may be appealed. A report or dislike never automatically converts content into paid content.

Service availability and disabled services

MyMetik may improve, secure, change, suspend or discontinue features. The service is provided internationally only where its use is lawful, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not promised.

Creator billing, subscriptions, PPV, tips, payouts, KYC and paid Restricted Access remain disabled until separately approved and announced. Invitation-only Solo Live is available subject to the separate Live policies, host eligibility, safety controls and technical limits. A visible prototype does not constitute an offer of a paid or regulated service.

Account restriction, termination and deletion

You may delete your Owner Account through the protected deletion flow. MyMetik may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, legal requirements, security threats or serious risk to other people or the service. Where appropriate, MyMetik will provide a reason and an available review route.

Liability, consumer rights and disputes

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Swiss law governs these Terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections and mandatory jurisdiction rules. The ordinary place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland, except where you are legally entitled to bring a claim elsewhere.

Contact [email protected] before a formal dispute where practical. This informal step does not limit statutory complaint, consumer or court rights.

Live Streaming

MyMetik provides invitation-only Solo Live. Each invited Identity must keep its private Owner contact verified and accept the current separately versioned Live host terms before broadcasting. A fresh broadcast-rights confirmation is required for every Live. Guests, multi-host rooms, recording, replay, anonymous interaction and monetization remain disabled. Changes and contact
